How to install ?

Before you begin:
  1. Backup: Back up your important data as the process might result in data loss.
  2. Download: Download the correct firmware for your Samsung device from a trusted source. Ensure it matches your device’s model number.
  3. Make sure your device has sufficient battery to prevent any interruption during the flashing process. (at least 50%).
Flashing Firmware:
  1. Enable USB Debugging:

    • On your Galaxy S9, go to Settings > About phone.
    • Tap on “Build number” seven times to unlock Developer options.
    • Go back to the main Settings page, enter “Developer options,” and enable USB Debugging.
  2. Download and Install Odin:

    • Extract the Odin zip file to a folder on your computer.
    • Run Odin as an administrator.
  3. Boot your device into Download mode:

    • Power off your Galaxy S9.
    • Press and hold the Volume Down, Bixby, and Power buttons simultaneously.
    • When the warning screen appears, press the Volume Up button to enter Download mode.
  4. Connect your device to the computer:

    • Connect your Galaxy S9 to the computer using a USB cable. Odin should recognize your device (you’ll see a blue indicator in the ID:COM section).
  5. Load the firmware files into Odin:

    • Click on the ‘AP’ button in Odin and select the firmware file with the .tar or .tar.md5 extension.
    • Ensure that only the “Auto Reboot” and “F. Reset Time” options are checked in Odin.
  6. Start the flashing process:

    • Click the “Start” button in Odin to begin the flashing process. This may take some time, so be patient.
  7. Wait for the process to complete:

    • Once the flashing process is complete, Odin will display a “Pass” message, and your Galaxy S9 will automatically reboot.
  8. Set up your device:

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device. You may need to enter your Google account information and restore your data.
